1) These Terms & Conditions apply to all registrations for the RAHSTA Expo event.
2) E-receipts for online payments will be issued within one week.
3) All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
4) By registering, you consent to receive whatsapp, email, calls and SMS communication regarding your registration status and promotional offers.
5) We reserve the right to change, modify, cancel, or withdraw any part of the event or reject any registration without prior notice.
6) We reserve the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or venue unavailability. In such cases, a full refund of the registration fee will be issued. We will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
7) All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the event. This includes adhering to all venue rules and regulations.
8) Harassment, discrimination, or any other offensive behavior will not be tolerated. Organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates these standards without refund.
9) Recording or streaming of event sessions is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by the organizers.
10) The organizers and any affiliated parties are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the event. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or loss of belongings.
11) Attendees participate at their own risk and assume all responsibility for their safety and well-being.
12) By registering for the event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and release the organizers and any affiliated parties from any and all liability arising from your participation.
