Yes — pre-registration is completely free for verified trade professionals. Walk-in entry is ₹4,500. We verify your industry credentials with your work email and company details when you register.

Yes, but on-spot entry is ₹4,500 and you'll spend 20+ minutes in the verification queue. Pre-registration takes 90 seconds online and gets you a fast-track entry lane on Day 1.
Absolutely. Your free pass is valid for all three days but you can use it for just one if that's all you have. Many visitors do Day 1 (sourcing) + Day 2 (Awards night).
Once you register, you'll get app access. Browse the exhibitor catalogue, send meeting requests with your exact requirement, and the exhibitor confirms a slot. By Day 1 morning your calendar is set.

Yes — RAHSTA Conference is approved for CPD points by IRC, ICI and IEI. You'll receive a personalised certificate via email within 7 days of the show.
Plenary sessions and Day-1 inaugural are recorded and published 2 weeks post-show. Track sessions are not recorded by default — speakers can opt in.
Speakers are nominated by our 200-person advisory council. You can submit a self-nomination via Contact — the programming team reviews submissions every two weeks until July.
/ RAHSTA Awards
Self-nominations are welcome from any organisation working in the Indian highway, expressway, urban-road or mobility sector. Government bodies can also nominate vendors and projects.
Nomination fee is ₹15,000 + GST per category. Government and not-for-profit nominations are free. Each organisation may enter up to 5 categories.
A 22-person independent panel chaired by a former NHAI Chairman. Jurors include former MoRTH secretaries, ex-board members of Tier-1 EPCs, IIT/CRRI professors and global mobility leaders. No active commercial conflict permitted.
Nominations open 1 March and close 31 July 2026. Shortlist is announced 25 August. Winners are unveiled on Day 2 evening at the Awards Gala.

Bombay Exhibition Centre (NESCO), Goregaon East, Mumbai. The nearest metro is Goregaon East (Metro Line 7), a 4-min walk. Free shuttle from Goregaon Railway Station every 15 minutes.
Yes — paid car parking inside the NESCO complex (₹250/day). Two-wheeler parking is free. We recommend metro/shuttle on Day 1 as parking fills up by 10:30 AM.
Yes — we have negotiated rates with 14 hotels within 6 km of BEC, from 3-star (₹4,500) to 5-star (₹14,500). Booking link arrives with your registration email.
Yes — all halls, the Demo Zone walkway, conference rooms and washrooms are wheelchair-accessible. Reserved seating in plenary halls is available — request via Contact at least 3 days before.
Complimentary lunch and tea/coffee for all registered visitors. Vegetarian, Jain and non-veg options. Multiple cafés inside the venue if you'd like something else.
