Highway infrastructure specialist Markolines Pavement Technologies announced on Wednesday that it has secured a Rs 1 billion (Rs 100 crore) order from Trans Metalite India Ltd for patch repair and maintenance works in Andhra Pradesh. The contract is set to be executed over a five-year period.
The company further revealed that it has received additional orders worth nearly Rs 974.7 million in the current financial year, including two repeat contracts from Varanasi Aurangabad NH-2 Tollway Private Ltd.
“As an integrated highway maintenance solutions company, we focus on delivering innovative, customised services. The strength of our current order book reflects the trust our clients place in us,” said Sanjay Patil, Founder and Chairman & Managing Director of Markolines Pavement Technologies. He added that the company anticipates further growth in line with continued national infrastructure investments.
Markolines expects its existing unexecuted order book—valued at over Rs 4 billion—to convert into revenues over the next 12 to 24 months. Headquartered in Mumbai, the firm specialises in highway operations and maintenance (O&M) and offers a range of services including preventive maintenance, micro-surfacing, and cold in-place recycling.?
