Valued at Rs 3.29 billion, the LOA represents the company’s largest-ever single work contract. The mandate covers user-fee collection and operations management for one year, including maintenance and upkeep of adjacent toilet blocks and consumables on NH-16, a critical north–south corridor.
This award marks an important milestone in HIL’s growth trajectory. The company’s order book has risen by around 103 per cent, increasing from Rs 5.31 billion in March 2025 to more than Rs 10 billion at present, strengthening revenue visibility and supporting its long-term strategy.
Order Book Position
As of 10 November 2025, HIL’s order book stood at Rs 7.50 billion. With the addition of the latest contract, the consolidated order book now totals Rs 10.78 billion, comprising Rs 5.77 billion in EPC projects and Rs 5.02 billion in toll projects. Since March 2025, the EPC order book has grown by 38 per cent, while the tollways collection order book has expanded by 340 per cent.
