Highway Infrastructure Limited (HIL), an integrated infrastructure development and management company with expertise in toll operations, EPC infrastructure and real estate, has received an extension from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for its ongoing user fee collection contract on the four-lane Greenfield Expressway spur of the Delhi–Vadodara corridor in Rajasthan.

The original contract period of 90 days has been extended by one month, carrying a contract value of Rs 61.8 million. The scope continues to include toll operations management, facility upkeep and maintenance in line with the existing mandate.

The extension underscores NHAI’s confidence in HIL’s operational efficiency, compliance standards and service delivery. It also strengthens the company’s operating revenue base and improves short-term cash flow visibility across its tolling portfolio.

Managing Director Arun Kumar Jain said the extension reflects HIL’s execution strengths and reinforces its toll operations portfolio. He noted that the company recently secured its largest-ever single work order worth Rs 3.2877 billion, and with the additional one-month extension valued at Rs 61.8 million, HIL’s tollways order book continues to grow in scale and depth.

Jain added that with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and a proven execution record, the company remains focused on expanding its footprint across national corridors while enhancing shareholder value.
