The joint venture, in which Ashoka Buildcon holds a 51 per cent stake as the lead partner and Aakshya Infra Projects Private Limited owns the remaining 49 per cent, had submitted the bid to the civic body.
According to a regulatory filing, the project involves constructing a flyover connecting J.J. Bridge and Sitaram Selam Bridge (Y Bridge) at the junction of J.J. Road and Saboo Siddik Polytechnic Road in the ‘E’ Ward of Mumbai.
The accepted bid value is Rs 10.41 billion, inclusive of GST. The contract has been awarded on an engineering, procurement and construction basis and is scheduled to be completed within 24 months, excluding the monsoon period.
The company also stated that the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed until 48 hours after the disclosure, in accordance with SEBI regulations.
