Ceigall Infra Projects, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceigall India, has received a Letter of Award from the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation (MPRDC) for the construction of the Indore–Ujjain greenfield access-controlled four-lane highway with paved shoulders under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).

The project involves the development of a 48.10 km access-controlled greenfield highway, starting at km 0.000 near Pitra Parvat and ending at km 48.100, including the Simhastha bypass at km 2.600. The contract has been awarded at a bid project cost of Rs 10.89 billion and is scheduled to be executed over a period of 24 months from the date of appointment.

Under the scope of work, Ceigall Infra Projects will undertake the construction of the highway in line with HAM guidelines. The project is aimed at strengthening connectivity between Indore and Ujjain, supporting safe, efficient and high-speed vehicular movement.

The highway is expected to play a key role in easing traffic congestion and improving access to important economic and religious centres in Madhya Pradesh, enhancing overall regional mobility.
