Chaitanya Projects Consultancy (CPCL) has secured the top position in the National Highways Authority of India’s first-ever provisional DPR consultants rating, achieving a score of 80.75 out of 100. The ranking places CPCL ahead of 55 peer firms, including Pentacle Consultants (78), L&T Infrastructure Engineering (76), MSV International Technology (74), and Transys Consulting (72).
The rankings, released in the fourth week of January 2026, mark NHAI’s first structured and transparent evaluation of DPR consultants to improve quality standards under Bharatmala and other national highway programmes. The provisional list assesses firms on defined performance metrics, with an appeals mechanism available for objections.
According to CPCL Founder and Managing Director Sanjay Kumar Sinha, the recognition reflects over two decades of sustained focus on quality, accountability and long-term infrastructure outcomes.
Founded in 2004, CPCL operates across highways, bridges, urban infrastructure, transportation, water management and environmental assessments. The firm has delivered over 300 projects, including 600+ km of six-lane highways, 2,000 km of national highways and more than 100 major bridges.
In 2025, CPCL assessed over 2,250 km of national highways for monetisation, with a total project value of Rs 350 billion. The company reported revenue exceeding $10 million in FY2024–25 and recorded a five-year CAGR of 28.2 per cent, reflecting sustained growth above industry benchmarks.
