The new road in Aswaraopalli was inaugurated at a ceremony presided over by Sarpanch Ponnaganti Chaitanya Raju and attended by the deputy Sarpanch, ward members, local leaders and villagers. The event also saw the presence of Kaladhar Rao, chairman of the Kaladhar Rao Foundation, who outlined the Foundation's role in the initiative. Organisers described the work as part of local development efforts in the Jangaon area. The initiative was coordinated with local authorities to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to daily routines.

The construction was completed with assistance from Suresh Reddy through the Member of Parliament Local Area Development Scheme (MPLADS). The project was funded to the tune of Rs three point seven million (mn), reflecting community investment in basic infrastructure. Foundation representatives expressed gratitude to Suresh Reddy for facilitating the allocation and oversight of the funds. Officials emphasised that the funding was allocated after assessment of local needs.

Foundation leaders indicated that the road will significantly improve connectivity for residents by easing daily travel and enabling more reliable access to markets, schools and health facilities. They said the surfaced link would reduce travel times and vehicle wear, while supporting routine commerce and social visits within the village and neighbouring areas. The project was presented as a practical step towards addressing longstanding transport challenges. Residents anticipated easier access to seasonal labour markets and agricultural supply chains.

Kaladhar Rao reiterated that the Foundation will continue to focus on rural development in line with the ideals of the late Potlapalli Kamala Manohar Rao, and thanked community members for their cooperation. Local elected representatives and volunteers were credited with facilitating site preparations and community mobilisation for the work. The road in Aswaraopalli was framed as a visible outcome of collaborative effort involving local stakeholders and targeted fund assistance. The project aligns with ongoing Jangaon development works and is expected to inform similar efforts nearby.
