Residents will be consulted on alignment and parking arrangements and efforts will be made to minimise the removal of mature trees, with compensatory tree planting where relocation proves unavoidable. Utility relocation and coordination with service providers will be completed before major resurfacing to ensure continuity of essential services.
The municipal agency has indicated that contractors will follow defined traffic management plans and that notifications will be issued in advance of major works to assist commuters and businesses.
