Dhruv Consultancy Services Limited, an infrastructure consultancy firm listed on BSE and NSE, has received a Letter of Acceptance from the National Highways Authority of India in association with Designilla Private Limited for Independent Engineer services. The assignment covers the four-laning of the Kurali-Kiratpur section of NH-21, now designated New NH-205, from km 28.6 to km 71.5 in Punjab. The contract has been awarded at a value of Rs 28.3 million (mn) excluding GST and will be carried out over a 36-month period overall.

Under the mandate the company will act as the Independent Engineer and will oversee the operation and maintenance phase while supporting project management functions throughout the contract. Responsibilities will include monitoring contractor performance, ensuring adherence to technical and quality standards and coordinating inspections and reporting. The role is aimed at sustaining highway performance and preserving asset condition during the operational phase.

The assignment further expands the company's Independent Engineer services portfolio and reinforces its capability in long term infrastructure monitoring and asset management.
