Participants examined options for targeted enforcement and measures to improve pedestrian safety near markets and educational institutions. The meeting reviewed potential deployment of technology such as adaptive signal control and traffic monitoring systems to better manage volumes. Officers were asked to map critical stretches and propose prioritised actions.\n\nThe Div Com directed departments to prepare a consolidated action plan with clear timelines and responsibilities for implementation and monitoring. Regular coordination meetings were instructed to track progress and to enable rapid responses to emergent issues. Emphasis was placed on public awareness campaigns and stakeholder engagement to support behavioural change and compliance.
