The Neemuch?Manasa?Rampura?Jhalawar road, measuring 95.85 km, will be developed into a four?lane highway with paved shoulders. Under the Hybrid Annuity Model a portion of construction costs is paid during the building phase and the balance is released as annuity over the concession period, a structure aimed at providing funding certainty and contractor viability.
