The assignment covers the user fee plaza located at kilometre 28.600 on the Agra–Gwalior section of NH-3, extending from kilometre eight to kilometre 103.000. The scope of work includes upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks and recouping of consumable items as part of the agency responsibilities. The company clarified that the order does not constitute a related-party transaction and that neither the promoters nor members of the promoter group have any interest in the contract.
B.R.Goyal Infrastructure is engaged in constructing infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges and buildings and will undertake the plaza engagement as part of its operating services. For fiscal year FY26 the consolidated net profit rose 78 per cent year-on-year to Rs 448.2 mn, while net sales increased 13.4 per cent to Rs 8.2032 bn compared with FY25. The company framed the results as reflecting improved execution on projects and steady revenue growth. The engagement will contribute to the company's service revenue during the contract period and will be integrated into existing operational processes to support toll collection and facility maintenance.
