Mayasheel will be responsible for on-site execution and is expected to coordinate with district authorities and community representatives to manage land access, material logistics and workforce accommodation. Authorities signalled that careful monitoring and adherence to environmental and safety norms will be essential to maintain timelines and ensure the quality of the carriageway. The start of work on this stretch joins other regional road initiatives intended to strengthen the broader Frontier Highway network.
