Dahal inspected the bridge near Changay Water Falls and assessed its existing condition, including requirements for immediate renovation and beautification. He instructed the concerned officials to initiate the necessary measures. He later visited the Uttary-Sopakha Road, where he interacted with residents and reviewed concerns relating to connectivity and ongoing construction activities.
At Dentam Bridge, the minister assessed construction progress and discussed bottlenecks affecting the pace of execution. Officials and executing agencies were directed to address the issues promptly and expedite the work. Dahal also acknowledged the efforts of ground-level officers in completing the steel bridge over College River and the concrete walls constructed along the riversides.
The minister further inspected diversion road works at Uttary-Sopakha above Singshore Bridge and reviewed the execution status with officials. He also visited road construction works at Sopakha leading towards the Chiwabhajyang border, where he met local panchayat representatives and residents and considered their grievances.
During the field interactions, Dahal called for stronger coordination among the public, local stakeholders, government departments, contractors and executing agencies. He said pending works should be completed without further delay and stressed that all projects must be implemented in a time-bound manner while maintaining quality standards. The minister also directed those involved to minimise inconvenience to the public during construction and related activities.
